Conceptualised in 2010 and starting practice in May 2011 on a sole proprietorship as Nonhanhla Simelane Practice; In March 2015 the company was officially incorporated as NSP Occupational Therapy Services Pty Ltd.

NSP Occupational Therapy Services is a practice of qualified professional Occupational Therapists who specialise in the assessment of personal injuries as in the case of MVAs, medical negligence cases, disability claims, injuries on duty, reasonable accommodations as well as for prevocational skills evaluations. We are also equipped to provide services to companies interested in job analysis reports, prevocational screening, insurance claims as well as occupational health and safety measures to reduce the risk of injuries on duty.

Since the company’s establishment, the practice has worked extensively with the RAF (Road Accident Fund), numerous law firms and various other private and public institutions such as Standard Bank, Metropolitan Health, eThekwini Municipality and Natal Joint Municipal Pension Fund. Nonhlanha Simelane is the Founder and Managing Director and is living proof that with hard work, relentless dedication and passion you CAN have it all. She is a qualified and professional practicing Occupational Therapist, a successful businesswoman, an ordained Pastor and a devoted and loving Wife and mother.

She holds a degree in Occupational Therapy, Certified Functional Capacity Evaluation Practitioner presented by The Occupational Rehabilitation Services Ltd Scotland, A Certified Ergo-science Practitioner, who is also proficient in the assessment and management of children with Autism.

She has practical experience in the medico-legal field, Functional Capacity Evaluations for government departments, private companies, as well as insurance companies and experience in the Paediatric field of Occupational Therapy specializing in learning disabilities.
